David has enjoyed a 13 year career within airport operations, having delivered at both tactical and strategic levels across a multitude of operational departments. In most recent years he was a Senior Passenger Operations Manager, accountable for all elements of landside and terminal operations within Gatwick Airport, being a primary stakeholder for all airlines relations. David is driven by improving resilience, compliance and performance in equal amounts, having successfully enhance the landside resilience programme and reducing road related accidents by over 50% in little of a year.
