Mark has 10 years’ experience supporting airports with off-site resource solutions which started at Heathrow in 2011. Mark pioneered a robust resilience model over the years drawing upon learnings from all partnered airports, notable incidents and was directly involved in the airports wash-ups.

 

The model was also utilised directly with the handlers, construction and FM companies and even proved very successful for aircraft de-icing.

 

Mark has provided contingent resource at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glashow, Aberdeen, Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff, Newcastle & Liverpool.
