Simon Miles

With over 35 years within the aviation industry, having held both front line and leadership roles for Virgin Atlantic Airways, British Airways, Emirates and Qatar Airways, Simon’s focus has been very much on all aspects of ground handling and ground operations. Simon now specialises in providing specialist consultancy and training services to that sector, working globally with some significant industry clients. Much of the work that Simon has undertaken in recent years involves developing, optimising and improving performance of ground operations for Airlines, Ground Services Providers, Fixed Base Operators and other industry organisations.
