Steve Maggs

Steve has had a very successful 14 years in senior operational leadership positions at Gatwick Airport ranging across the whole spectrum of Airport Operations, most recently as interim Head of Airfield at Gatwick Airport, therefore giving him an in depth understanding of airports airside and landside winter operation plans.

 

The focus of Steve’s leadership has been full collaboration with stakeholders, internal and external plus an acute understanding of their needs and those of the travelling public. Steve fully appreciates the total journey of the passenger and how critical first and last impressions are to both the Airline and the Airport, he has used his expertise to help shape Gatwick’s passenger experience to the award-winning Airport it is today.
